Proponents: Jack Goodman said that the primary purpose of the fence
would be for a noise buffer. Ile presented pictures taken hear the in
tersecta.on of Guyna and East Avenues. 1
commissioner Smith .said that the building was extremenly close to the
sidewalk- 11r. Goodman said than the original fence was on the original,
set _of pians approved by the Commission. Mrs.Blair reminded him and
the commission, that no review of the development plans was required
in the R-4 zones
The hearing - was closed and motion made for danial by Commissioner
Smith (526), being unable to make necessary findings„ for aiprovalof
s uch a variance. Her motion was
seconded by Commissioner Drier Sanford.
