The fact that the property is at the end of Blackmuir Court snakes it the only parcel that is affected so adversely. Without the variance the installation of proposed pool would not be possible. Applicant must comply with all applicable State and local statutes, 'ordinances, and regulations. Should you desire to appeal any of the conditions imposed by the Planning Commission, you must do so in writing with the appeal fee of $29250, to the :Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 25' County Center Drive, Oroville, California,prior' to 5:00 p.m., Friday, ` ,February 21 1992. If you do not appeal and if there are no other appeal within the 8 - day appeal period, your Variance will be issued after February 21, 1992. Recently enacted legislation (AB 3158, Chapter 1706,; Statutes of 1990, effective January 1, 1991) requires that the Department of Fish and Game impose and collect filing fees as specified to., delay ` the cost of managing' and protecting fish and wildlife trust resources. These filing fees are collected' during the environmental review process and are to be paid at the time the County files a ."Notice of Exemption" with the County Clerk pursuant to Section 2.1152 of the Public ':Resources Code. To increase' administrative efficiency, the "statute delegated the collection of filing fees to the County Clerk anti provided the County authority to collect a. $25.00 documentary hanfiling fee. e.
