Commissioner Vercruse stated she received a call from Randy Coy, representative

anyway.
Staff explained the use permit briefly.
The he iring was opened to the public.
The hearing was closed and comments confined to Commission and staff.
It was moved by Commissioner Lambert, seconded by Commissioner Behunin, for
