Unit on a 7.46 acre parcel located at 2965 Rodeo Avenue Chico. The parcel is zoned. A-5. The applicant proposes to build a 1,200 sq. ft. wood framed. structure with a 480 sq. ft, attached garage. The dwelling will be located approximately 220 feet back along the easterly side of the property :front Rodeo .venue. The site meets all setback requirements for the zone. The project appears to meet all of the conditions required for a Senior Citizen Dwelling Unit as listed in section 24-202 of the Butte County Code. The following conditions are recommended.
