I wanted to include this note for you to identify some of
the changes I made to the plans.
1. Changed the foundation:
Pier Blocks at 5' centers with a 4x8 Girders
BCI or TJI Truss Floor System at 16" O.C.
Engineering Included
2. The post and beam structure detailed by the engineer.

single 3050's for egress. -
4. Roof is converted to truss system.
--.'Added windows off living room and master bedroom
elevations.
6. Removed chimney from m.bedroom fireplace and replaced
with gas burner and venting system.
7. Change optional attic to future room. Will be framed in
but finished at later date.
Window by back porch door moved to provide 4 foot of
shear wall.
Front door off of dining room eliminated.
10. Bearing wall changed to 6" wall.
