Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of
Butte and the special conditions set forth below: California Water
Service Company Is hereby granted a Use Permit in accordance with
application filed: 10/20/86 to allow a well for public water supply, on
property zoned SR -1 located on the south side of Shasta Avenue,
approximately 160 feet east of Cussick Avenue, Chico.
1. Failure to comply with the con ditions specified herein as'the basis
for approval of application and Issuance of Permit, constitutes
cause for the revocation of said permit in accordance with the
.procedures set forth In the Butte County Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
2. Unless otherwise provided for In a condition to a use permit, all
conditions must be completed by the permittee within 12 months of
the delivery..of the countersigned permit to the permittee.
3. 'If ' any use for which a use permit -has been granted Is not
establi * shed within one year of the date of receipt of the
countersign,ed,,permit by the permittee, the permit shall become null
and void and reapplication shall be required to establish the use.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Provide landscaping in the area around the pump house and maintain
in a living condition.
2. Provide sound attenuation by means of landscaping or In the pump
house construction that wiT_I_r_9_dZ;ce noise__1_e_v_e_rs_to 65 dB LDN at the
property lines and'45 dB LDN interior levels in adjacent homes.
3. Construct cur�b, gutter, sidewalk and necessary road widening along
