All building pad fills were made and compacted uniformly. Fills on Lots 22-66 were made in 6 -inch maximum lifts and were tested by Applied Testing Consultants. All test results indicated 900 or better relative compaction. We hereby certify that the fill placed on the building pads has been compacted to dry densities in excess of 90 percent of the maximum dry density obtainable in the ASTM D1557 compaction test.
