February 7, 1995 To whom it may concern: Mr. Keith Botton of Botton Construction is currently repairing damage which has occurred to property at 1940 Bidwell Avenue, Chico, CA. The property was purchased in the late 1980's by myself as the sale owner. At that time, the property had two dwelling units -- a main house and a guest house. Both structures are "older dwellings" that have been occupied since the 1950's. In the recent January storms, a fence blew down on to my property next to the guest house. Mr. Botton is now in the process of securing the fence and renewing a gas line to the guest house. Please cooperate With him as necessary to renew the gas service. The small residence in the back does not appear to be connected to a septic system. The building drain stub out is a plastic pipe of some kind (it was painted) and was capped. In a former complaint about a year ago, the grey water from this building was discharging on the ground, the tenants were getting water from the creek and were in the process of moving. The Health Department has no record of a second residence on this parcel. Our record goes to July 17, 1975.
