been connected to public sewer and water as part of the subdivision map
which created the parcel.
Mr. Reidsaidthat in that case condition #5 could be deleted.

P�ecently enacted legislation (AB5158, Chapter 1706, Statutes of 1990,
effective January 1, 1991, requires that the Department of fish and Game
lu+pose and collect filing fees as specified 'to defray the cost of managing
end protecting fish, and wildlife trust resources, These filing fees are
r llected during the environmental review process and are to be riaid at the
time the County files a "Notice of Determination" with the County Clerk of
the County in which the project is located. This procedure is required
pursuant to Section 21152 of the Public resources Code':
