February 9, IM, the Board denied your appeal. as to Public Works conditioli
No, 7 and to include as part of the condition, the requirement that the
roads within the subdivision be designed to provide for alignment with
W 11th Avenue and W= 12th Avenue,
Mien the conditions of approval are complied with, it will be in order
for you to file the `"final. map'" with the Butte County Departmont of
Public Works for recordation within twenty-four (24) months of the date
Of approval.. by the Board of Supervisors.
The tentative subdivision map was approved subject to Public Wol^ks
conditions 1 through 19, Environmental Health conditions 1 through
Planning .Department conditions 1 through 3 and M.i.tigation Measures
1 through 3, as noted on attached sheets.
