the Advisory Agency's approval --With the Clerk of the hoard or

4 Indicate a 50 ft, building setback line from the centerline of
West 12th Avenue, West 11th Avenue, Fern Avenue and interior
streets.
5 Street signs shall be provided by the developer at all street
intersections per County requirements; (Submit 5 alternate
names for each street to the County address coordinator for

7 Construct one-half plus 12 foot lane street section on Fern

Construct full street section on interior streets to RSw2-B
