Dear Ms. Ryan:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
'Committee meeting held on Junl� 7, 1989, the committee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above --referenced.°
property. The conditions are;
1, Provide satisfactory evidence that public wator and public sewer
will be available to the parcel that was creatad and the remainder.
2. Creation of the parcel shall comply with the requirements of the
SR zone including side, front and rear setback requirements. The side
yard requirements are applicable on both the subject parcel and the
remaining parcel to the west.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded
