Dear Mr. Johnson:
We would like to clarify two of the conditions of approval
from the Health Department which were adopted by the Advisory
Agency for Holly Gardens Tentative Subdivision on December 15
1956.
Condition #23 should read: "Complete a waiver of protest of
annexation to any formed or existing service area or entity
for the provision of sewer service to the aiea."
Condition #25 should rend: "Provide for payment of any future
pro rata share for sewer trunk or facility construction. Consider-
ation shall be given for fees 'paid or improvements constructed prior
to the adoption of any addiLional fees,"
