This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County

Beginning at an Iron pipe on the Southeasterly line of said Lot 7 from which
point the most Easterly corner thereof bears North 340 08' East, 187.5 feet;
thence continuing along said Southeasterly line South 34° 08' West, 105.5
feet to an iron pipe; thence North 550 52' West, 170.25 feet to an iron pipe;
thence North 340 08' East, 116.42 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 52° 11'
East, 170.6 feet to the point of beginning containing .43 of an acre, more or
less.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion thereof as contained in the following des-
cribed parcel of land:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the Southeasterly line of said Lot 7 from which
point the most Easterly corner thereof..bears North 340 08' East, 187.5 feet
and the most Easterly corner of a parcel of land described in deed from
Alvin B. Roth to Frank L. Sheetz, et ux recorded September 26, 1955,.in Book

easterly line of said Lot. 7, North 521 11' West, 170.6 feet along the North-
easterly line of said Sheretz parcel to the most Northerly corner of said
Sheetz parcel; thence South 341 081 -West, along the Northwesterly line of s
said Sheetz parcel and its prolongation 266.42 feet'to a point that bears
North 55° 52' west, 89.25 feet from the most Southerly corner of that parcel
of land described in deed from Maurice Loflin, et ux, to Frank L. Sheetz, et
ux, recorded August 24, 1956 in Book 843 of Butte County Official.Records, at'
page 397; thence South 550 52' East, 89.25 feet to the most Southerly corner
of said Loflin to Sheetz parcel;'thence North 34° 08' East, along the South-
easterly line of last mentioned Sheetz parcel and its Northerly prolongation
200.00 feet more or less to the South line of that, parcel of land as reserved
for the right of ingress and egress as containedin first above mentioned
Sheetz parcel; thence South 520 11' East, along the Southerly line of said
reserved parcel to thea Southeasterly line of said Lot 7 and the most Souther
ly corner of said reserved parcel; thence North 340 08' East, 60.32 feet to

At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held March 7, 1979, the Committee issued a Certificate of
Compliance for AP 43-20-24 with no conditions.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate of
Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the attached
waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's. decision.
