Dear Mr. Boll and
Thank your for the opportunity to review the use permit application
for the construction of an Islamic Mosque on the east side of
Highway 32 near W. Sacramento Avenue in Chico,
We anticipate no adverse traffic circulation impacts as a result
of this project: lidwevee, it appears that nevi driveway approaches
from Highway 32 will be constructed. An encroachment permit must
be obtained" from Caltrans 'in order to work within the State right
of way. The County'"s environwental assessment should include an
analysis of any construction -related impacts within the right of way,
such as drainage modifications and grading activities, This would
expedite the encroachment permit review process,
When theapplicant if prepared to file the permit application with
ees, he should contact the District Permits Office, telephone
(916) 674-4403, or apply in person at 70S B Street in Marysvilla..
