Applications for which a permit has not been issued, will expire by limitation one year after date of application. In order to renew
action on an application after expiration, a new application; plans and fees will be required. /Q /
FEE REFUNDS l/
Refunds can only be made upon writtten request by the person who paid the fee. The request must be made within one year from
the date of fee payment on permits not issued, and one yearfrom the date of permit issuance for permits issued; however, on issued
permits refunds can only be made if no construction work has been done. Filing fees, plan checking fees for work plan checked
and other department costs are not refundable.

We sent you a viarning letter dated August 4, 1992 notifying you that you
are in violation of the Butte County Code at the above referenced location.
As of this date, the following violations still exist.
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain
final inspection prior to use and permit expiration for construction
of storage building in violation of the 1985 Uniform Building Code
as adopted by Section 26-1 of the Butte County Code as follows:

The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit

This is a warning letter to notify you that you are in violation of the
Butte County Code at the above referenced location as follows:
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain
final inspection prior to use and permit expiration for storage
building.
Since permits and inspections are required for the above work, please contact
this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter, apply for the
required permits to make corrections and complete project, and pay the appro-
priate fees.
All work must stop until these permits are issued and you are authorized
by our field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made
until the existing work is inspected and approved.
Please be aware that Butte County has entered into a Code Enforcement Program
that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code but provides
an effective means of enforcement if such compliance is not obtained. If
