Currently this lot Is developed with a single family residence.
The abandonment of this parcel Will not affect the. access of any
parcel. It should be noted, however, that this parcel Is zoned R-'I
which has a 15 foot setbacks therefore, If the proposed abandonment
Is approved this area Will not be buildable,
