In order to issue the permit that was applied for 6/1/89 by Luceile Parker the following need to be done: The existing covered patio is not allowed to encroach upon the Restricted Common Area as shown on the Amended Subdivision Map. The covered patio as shown on submitted plan, appears to be encroaching. You must either remove the encroaching structure or go the process for an Amended Map. Contact the Butte County Land Development Division for information on the amenddment process. Since permits and inspections are required for .the above work, please contact this office within ten days of the date of this letter, submit two complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees.
