TANK INSULATION. Storage type water heaters and storage and
backup tanks for solar systems shall be externally wrapped with
R-12 insulation or greater.

PIPE INSULATION. The five feet of pipe closest to the water
heater and outside conditioned.space shall be insulated with a
minimum of R-3. Steam and steam conditioned space shall be
insulated with a minimum of R-3. Steam and steam condensation
return piping and recirculating hot water. piping outside the
building envelope shall be insulated in accordance with
T20 -1408(d).

At the regular meeting of the Butter County Subdivision Violation
Committee held on May 1, 1985, the committee issued conditional
Certificate of Compliance for the above, -referenced property. The
condition is:
1. AP 42-20-58 and AP 42-20-60 shall be combined as one parcel.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned, waiving your
right.to appeal the committee's decision. If the condition is cleared
prior to the end of the appeal period a "clean" certificate with no conditions
will be recorded. Any appeals must be made in writing to the Clerk of the
Board of Supervisors.
