Pursuant to our conversation.,. I aro forva rding a map of
proposed use permit on the east side of Hicks Lane, 17LJ ft.
north of Sycamore in Ch,icc
The applicant proposes to fa-bricate sheet metal and iron
railings and precast concrete stairs on property zoned A-2
in the coa ty. The parcel is: situated adjacent to city
property rad it logically falls within the Chico, planning
area. It is also in an arca which is being developed for
single family residential use tc the west on Cabello Larne.
The Count�y Planning Commission is soliciting the City Planning
Coramission,"s comments on this pro aosa1, and has continued
their action until. February 22 pending receipt of those
