Mr. Manthei has submitted a letter to this office statinq that
he intends to build a small sawmill onhis tree fa jnm in Cohasset.
The records shot,, that there are two parcels, AP 56-07-0-003 and
AP 56-07-0.050;, in the ownership of 11anthei . He stated that the
parcels are in a Williamson Act, contract for timber production:
T believe that AP 56-07-0-003 is the parcel included in the
Williamson Act, and which is intended far use as a sawmill right.
The TM -20 zone which will be in effect until the TPZ zone takes
effect allows the management, rai sing, harvesti na,, and removal
