Comsion that this was across the street froom a 9 -hole Pitch and
Putt Course and that there were several businesses further out the
lisplanade . He said that the only thing that was growing on the
property was waist -high weeds and that it appeared to be poor soil
that it had cracks in it 2 inches wide. Ile further stated. that Al
Borges, the real.tor from whom he -purchased the property had made a
survey of nearby property owners and there were no objections to
having a miniature golf course at that. location.
