This is a proposal to divide 2.98 acres to create two parcels,
one at 1.719 acres and one at 1.161 acres. The present zoning
is R-3 (Medium Density Residential). The Land Use Plan Map of
the Butte County General Plan designates this area as Medium
Density Residential, There are no specific or community plans
for the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any
adopted or proposed. element of th.e Butte County General plan
nor any County, specific or community plan.
