1. Prepare necessary deeds for recordation: Submit to
Department of Public Works for checking.
2. Verify that partial reconveyance of trust deeds has been
accomplished, if necessary:

4. After recordation of deeds, contact the Assessor's Office
and request that the necessary parcels be combined so that
no new parcels are created.
