At the regular meeting & the Butte County Advisory Agency held
on April 16, 1984, the agency approved your boundary line
modification on the above-referenced property, noting that; the
project is categorically exempt from e;avironmental review.
if no appeals are timely filed"-within ten (lo) days of the date of the
Advisory Agency's approval- with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors,
this action will be :final.
The conditions ot approval mtsi; be met within twenty-four (24) months
of the date of approval by the Advisory Agency.
