This is a proposal to create four units on one parcel;.
The present zoning is R-3 (Medium Density Residential) .
The Land Use Plan Map of the Butte County General Plan
designates `Chis area as High Density Residential. There
are no specific. or community plans :for the area.
The proposal does not, conflict with County zoning nor any
adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General
Plan nor any County, specific or community plan.
