The present zoning. is "R-2" (Duplex Residential) . The Land Use Plan Map of the Butte County General Plan designates this area as Medium Density Resi- dential, and the Safety Element indicates that this project is in an unclassified fire hazard area (urbanized and irrigated areas. There axe no specific or community plans for the area.
