This is to inform you that in accepting your application for
a land use permit for a used car lot on the above identified
property, the Planning Staff was in error -
The property was zoned C-2 (General Cerrumar ial) under
a=-dinance: Wo. 1040 by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
5 qt y 8, 19 F9 The o. dinance was an amendment to Ordinance
No. 996 consolidating all C-2 zoning districts into a, single
ordi anoe. Under uses' permitted, Section 2.1 s Paragraph C -
used carr lots are a permitted us°e without the requirement of
securing a use permit.
This office is requesting the Butte County Auditor tai sue
-yo a warrant in the amount of $25.00 to compensate you for
the fee that you submitted wi-t!-. your application.
