This department has advised the Butte County Department of Public Works
Land Development Section that vie are prepared to act on the above application.
Based on present information we cannot recommend approval or conditional
approval
Reasons for Denials
1, The proposed Boundary Line Modification will provide an additional
buildable area. The Butte County Nitrate Action Plan, adopted by the
Butte Coutit:y Board of Supervisors,will not alloW development of .the
area with an individual sewage disposal system. Please advise t1lis
department if you wish action to be taken on the project based on
available information,
