BUTTE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION 1
STAFF 'GTNDTNGS May 3, 2984
The subject parcel is very small, only 4500 square feet in area; Location
of the addition, any other r.'ace on the parcel will also be in the setback.
Due to the existing garage in the setback, the small size of the parcel
and the number of parcels in the area with structures in the setback,
approval of this request seems appropriate.
