As of this date, the following violations still exist. A 5th. wheel placed on property in violation of the Mobilehome Parks Act. of Title 25 adopted by Section 28-.1 of. the Butte County Code as follows: 1018 --Permits Required. 1048 ---Inspections Required. Butte County Code Section 24-87 (A) (1) Trailers and mobilehomes not permitted. (Federal mobilehome is allowed) in AR zone. The above violation(s) shall be corrected or abated by you by submitting two complete sets of plans, applying for the required permits, and paying the appropriate fees within 30 days of the date of this letter. After permit issuance and field authorization to proceed, the work must be completed and approved by this office within the permit specified time. Unless the violation(s) is(are) so corrected or abated, a citation shall be issued to you to appear in court for said violation(s) and for failing to comply with this notice. Upon conviction of said violation(s) or for failing to comply with this notice, penalties shall be imposed and a Notice of Violation recorded in accordance with Section 41-7 of the Butte County Code.
