Although entrance to the building could not be made, the following is a list of items which crust be done or resolved prior to legal occupancy and use of this building as a repair garage: 1. The side property lines are within 5 ft. of the building -- provide 1 -hour exterior firewalls on both sides of the building. (If less than 5 ft. to the property lines, the galls must be 2hour walls. 2. Provides light and ventilation by means of windows equal to 118th of the floor" area, 1/2 openable:, or artificial light and mechanical ventilation with a minimum of 5 cu.ft. per minute of outside air with a total circulated of not less than 15 cu.ft. per minute per occupant. 3. Provide exhaust ventilation at or near the floor sufficient for four (4) air changes per hour. 4. Provide two 3' exterior exit doors at least 25 ft. apart. 5. Provide access to the building for the physically handicapped. 6. The electrical within the building moat comply with Article 511 of the 1975 National Electric Code. Interior wiring cannot be nova -metallic sheathed cable. If you decide to proceed with the repair garage use, please submit three (3) sets of plans to this office, including plot plans, Moor plans, and sufficient plans to show compliance with they above items, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees.
