He felt that his entire property should have been in one classification. He felt that this was an 'appropriate classification 'for his land. He raises cattle and it is ^very, difficult, ► not to have to feed them additionally during the winter. Supervisor Winston stated that on page 29 of the text where it is talking about policy under population growth there,is a statement under policy B to designate adequate land for free market.
