Enclosed are the results from the second water sample taken from the well at
your new residence, on February 17, 1982. Please note that the results of
both the total coliform bacteria count as well as the fecal coliform bacteria
count (sewage or animal waste origin) were greater than 16 per milliliter
of water.
These are very high bacterial counts and indicate th ' at this well is not a
satisfactory source of water for human consumption. I would advise you to
discontinue immediately the use of this water for drinking, toothbrushing
and food preparation.
Please advise this office as to how you intend to provide a safe water supply
for this residence.

With reference to the above subject, our records indicate that your Building Permit
will expire on the above date. Building permits are valid for one year and should
construction be started but not completed by the expiration..date of the permit, the
permit shall be renewed for 1/2 the original Building Permit Fee (plus a $10.00
"Filing Fee"). The renewal permit will extend the Building Permit for an.additional
year from the original expiration date.
Should you not renew your permit in a timely manner, it cannot be renewed and all
work must cease until a new building permit is issued.
If your construction is completed or should you have any question concerning this
matter, please contact the Chico office.
For your convenience, we are enclosing a renewal application form and an owner -
builder form to be completed and signed by you where indicated and returned to this
office together with the fee shown.

With reference to the above subject, our records indicate that your Building Permit
will expire on the above date. Building permits are valid for one year and should
construction be started but.not completed by the expirationdate of the permit, the
permit shall be renewed for 1/2 the original Building Permit Fee (plus a $10.00
"Filing Fee"). The renewal permit will extend. the Building Permit. for an additional
year from the original expirdtion date.
Should you not renew your permit in a timely manner, it cannot be renewed and all
work must cease until a new building permit is issued.
