Dear Mr. Anderson:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held on August 5, 1981, the Committee issued a conditional
Certificate of Compliance for AP 47-06-34. The condition is:
1. Provide 60 ft. of deeded access to a county maintained road.
Should the condition be complied with prior to recording the.Certificate
of Compliance, a Certificate of Compliance with no conditions will be
issued on the parcel.
There is a fifteen day appeal period before*this conditional Certificate
of Compliance can be recorded. Should you have any questions regarding
this matter, please contact this office.
