RE: Gilliland Residence
Dear Jim,:
I
November 8,!1988
Pursuant to our recent telephone conversation, please
find the enclosed copy of the Certificate of Compliance
and a Preliminary Title Report for the subject project.
.The legal description stated on the Certificate of
Compliance and also on the Preliminary Title -Report
describes a 20 -acre parcel of land, which is the same
property being purchased by the Gillilands.
The subject property and an adjoining 20 acreparcel
is presently owned by Gary and Carol Grigg, Patrick
Conroy, and myself. This is apparently why there is some
confusion as to the existence of two seperate 20 -acre
parcels rather than A single 40 -acre parcel as shown on
the assessor's map.
I hope that this provides the requilred-information so
that you may complete the processing of the subject
building permit. Should you have any questions, please
call.
Sincerely,
M. Donn Marshall
