As of this date, the following violations still exist. Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain final inspection for garage prior to use and permit expiration in vio- lation of the 1982 Uniform ' Building Code as adopted by Section 26-1 of the Butte County Code as follows: (a) Section 301(a) Permit's Required (b) Section 305(a) Inspections Required (c) Section 305(d) Inspection Approval Required before Use or Occupancy The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit to complete the work and paying the appropriate fees, within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter. After permit issuance and field author- ization to proceed, the corrections must be completed and approved by this office within the permit specified -time. Unless the violation(s) is (are) so corrected or abated, a citation shall be issued to you to appear in court for said violation(s) and for failing to comply with this notice. Upon conviction of said violation(s) or for failing to comply with this notice, penalties shall be imposed and a Notice of Violation recorded in accordance with Section 41-7 of the Butte County Code. In the event the RV is not removed within one hundred twenty (120) days pursuant to the terms of the Use Permit, the County shall remove the RV and store it at the owner's expense. 7.
