A.P. #047-08-0-006
We sent you a warning letter dated April 1, 1992 notifying you that you
are in violation of the Butte County Code at the above referenced location.
As of this date, the following violations still exist.
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain
final inspection for garage prior to use and permit expiration in vio-
lation of the 1982 Uniform ' Building Code as adopted by Section 26-1
of the Butte County Code as follows:
(a) Section 301(a) Permit's Required
(b) Section 305(a) Inspections Required
(c) Section 305(d) Inspection Approval Required before Use or Occupancy
The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit
to complete the work and paying the appropriate fees, within thirty (30)
days of the date of this letter. After permit issuance and field author-
ization to proceed, the corrections must be completed and approved by this
office within the permit specified -time.
Unless the violation(s) is (are) so corrected or abated, a citation shall
be issued to you to appear in court for said violation(s) and for failing
to comply with this notice. Upon conviction of said violation(s) or for
failing to comply with this notice, penalties shall be imposed and a Notice
of Violation recorded in accordance with Section 41-7 of the Butte County
Code.

This is a warning letter to notify you that you are in violation of the
Butte County Code at the above referenced location as follows:
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain
final inspection for garage prior to permit expiration.
Since permits and inspections are required for the above work, please contact
this office within ten days of the date of this letter, apply for the re-
quired permits to make corrections and complete project, and pay the appro-
priate fees.
All work must stop until these permits are issued and you are authorized
by our field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made
until the existing work is inspected and approved.
Please be aware that Butte County has entered into a -Code Enforcement Program
that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code but provides
an effective means of enforcement if such compliance is not obtained. If
voluntary compliance is not obtained, enforcement will be pursued through
the issuance of citations, fines, and the recording of a Notice of Violation.
Your cooperation in resolving this matter would be appreciated. Should

` Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of
Butte and the special conditions set forth below: Leola Smith is hereby
granted a Use Permit in accordance with application filed: 4/17/85 to
allow a travel trailer as a temporary second dwelling on property zoned
A-40'located at the northwest corner mf Cana Pine Creek Road and Cana
Highway, Town of Cana.
l. Failure to comply with* the conditions specified herein as the basis
for approval of application and issuance of Permit, constitutes
cause for the revocation of said permit in accordance with the
procedures set forth in the Butte County Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
2' Unless otherwise provided for in a condition to a use permit, all
conditions must be completed by the permittee within 12 months of
the delivery of the countersigned permit to the permittee.

. 3. If any use for which a use permit has been granted is not
established within one year of the date of receipt of the
countersigned permit by the permittee, the permit shall become null
and void and �eapplication shall be required to establish the use. '
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Occupancy of the RV is limited to a close friend or relative by
blood or marriage.
2. No rent is to be charged to the occupant of the RV.
3. The RV home is to be connected to the existing septic tank and water
well.
4. The RV is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant to the
requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County code.
5. The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date of issuance of
the Use Permit. Upon application, the Planning Commission may grant
an extens.ion of the Use Permit not exceeding one year.
6. In the event that the applicant who is residing within the RV or the
conventional residence, for any reason, moves to another location or
is deceased, then in that event, the Use Permit granted herein shall
automatically expire and the RV shall be removed within one hundred
twenty (120) days. In the event the RV is not removed within one
hundred twenty (120) days pursuant to the terms of the Use Permit,
the County shall remove the RV and store it at the owner's expense.
7. Meet the requirements of the Building Division of the Butte County
Department of Public Works. '
8. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and local
statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I have read the
foregoing conditions, that they are in fact the conditions which were
imposed upon the granting of this use permit, and that I agree to abide
fully by said conditions.

� NOTE: Issuance of this Use Permit does not waive requirement of
obtaining Building and Health Department permits before starting
construction, nor does it waive any other requirements.
