This is a warning letter to notify you' that you are in violation of the Butte
County Code at the above referenced location as follows:
. Failure to obtain permits, inspections and approvals for utilities and
installation of a mobilehome.
Failure to obtain an Agricultural Exemption Permit for agricultural
building.
Since permits an.nspect'ons are required for the above work, please contact
this -office t'h n t n ( ay, of the date of this letter, submit two complete
sets of plans, apply for the required permits,- and pay the appropriate fees.
A permit application and fees are required for the agricultural building; however
building plans are not required.
All work must stop until these permits are issued and you are authorized by our
field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made until the
existing work is inspected and approved.
Please be aware that Butte County has 'entered into a Code Enforcement Program
that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code but provides an
effective means of enforcement if such compliance is not obtained. If. voluntary
compliance is not obtained, enforcement will be pursued through the issuance of
citations, fines, and the recording of a Notice of.Violation.

Occasionally our fieldpersonnel become aware of what may appear
to be newly established residences or living quarters that are
receiving electricity from a non -inspected source such as an
agricultural pump, stock water pump, etc. or perhaps from an
existing residence.
No doubt many of these are substandard according to local codes
and may warrant your attention. For your information, the
following appears to be such a situation:

At the regular meeting of the Butte Coulaty Subdivision Violation Committee
held May 14, 1980, the Committee issued a conditional Certificate of Com-
pliance for AP 47-08-07, with the condition being:
1. Provide the required 60 feet of access to a county maintained
road.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional Certifi-
cate of Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the attached
waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision.
