Failure to obtain permits, inspections and approvals for utilities and installation of a mobilehome. Failure to obtain an Agricultural Exemption Permit for agricultural building. Since permits an.nspect'ons are required for the above work, please contact this -office t'h n t n ( ay, of the date of this letter, submit two complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits,- and pay the appropriate fees. A permit application and fees are required for the agricultural building; however building plans are not required. All work must stop until these permits are issued and you are authorized by our field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made until the existing work is inspected and approved. Please be aware that Butte County has 'entered into a Code Enforcement Program that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code but provides an effective means of enforcement if such compliance is not obtained. If. voluntary compliance is not obtained, enforcement will be pursued through the issuance of citations, fines, and the recording of a Notice of.Violation.
