This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map
Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may be sold,
leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local
ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcel may require issuance of a permit
or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following condition(s) which have been
imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-166 and Government Code, Section

All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California described
as follows:
Being a portion of Section 13, Township 23 North, Range 1 West, Mount Diablo
Meridian more particularly described as follows:
The West one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of said
Section 13.
Together with a non-exclusive easement for road and public utility purposes over the
easterly 60 feet of the West one-half of the East one-half of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 13.
Also together with a right-of-way for road and utility purposes over and along the north
30 feet of the South one-half of said Section 13 and the south 30 feet of the North one-
half of said Section 13.
Note:
All new structures must meet the Fire Safe Regulations of the Butte County and Public
Resources Code 4290 and 4291.

RE: Application for Determination, AP 047-100-058, DET 02-03
Dear Ms. Snyder:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee held on April 25, 2002, the
Committee granted a Conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The
conditions are:
Pay the recording fee in effect at the time the Certificate of Compliance is recorded. The current
fee is $7.00 for the first sheet plus $3.00 for each additional sheet. The estimated current cost for
recording this Certificate is $10.00 without conditions, $13.00 with conditions. This cost
estimate is based on 1 page notification (first sheet), 1 page of legal description attached as
Exhibit 'W", and 1 page of conditions attached as Exhibit "B".
2. Provide two-way traversable access to the parcel from a publicly maintained road or state
highway as defined in the County Code Section 20.8.
Prove that adequate sewage disposal area for a single family residence exists on the parcel
4. Place the following information note on the Certificate of Compliance: "All new structures must
meet Fire Safe Regulations of the Butte County and Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291."
Provide a legal description which combines Assessors parcels 047-100-055 and 047-100-058
forming one parcel.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the
enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision. If the conditions are cleared
prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with no conditions will be recorded upon
receipt of correct recording fees.
