This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County.
of Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of
property identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the
.Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.

Application for Determination
Dear Mr. and Mrs. McKee:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County .Subdivision. Violation Committee held
September 1, 1982, the Committee issued a conditional Certificate of Compliance
for AP 47-10-91. The conditions are:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the
.installation and replacement of the sewage disposal system
for.a single family dwelling exists on the property.
2. Verify legal access.
3. Provide traversable access.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional Certificate of
Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the attached waiver
waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision..
