Applications for Determination
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee held
September 1, 1982,. the Committee issued conditional Certificates of Compliance
for AP 47-10-95 and AP 47-10-97. The conditions are the same for both
Certificates and are as follows:.
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the
installation and replacement of the sewage disposal system
for a single family dwelling exists on the property.
2. Verify legal access.
3. Provide traversable access.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before these conditional Certificates
of Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the attached waiver
waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision..
