Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Coun';,y.-of
Butte and the special conditions set forth below: For H Investments is
hereby granted a Variance in accordance with application filed: 4/15/86
to minimum lot size to allow 9.999 9.97, and 9.95 acre parcels in an
A-10 zone located approximately 800 feet east of Highway 99, opposite
the intersection of.Cana Highway9 Chico.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Comply with all conditions of approval on the approved tentative
parcel map.
2. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and local_
statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I have read the
