At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency
held. on July 29, 1985, the agency approved your boundary line
modification on the above -referenced property,noting that the
"u project is categorically exempt from environmental review and
subject to the conditions of approval listed on the attached sheet.
If Iia appesls are timely filed --Within ten day; of the date of the
Advisory Agency's approval --With the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, thi8 action will be final.
The conditions of approval must be met within twenty-four months
from the date of approval ry the Advisory Agency,

2. Verify that partial reconveyance and/or, modification of trust
deeds has been accomplished, if necessary.

deeds or map.
4. Prepare plat map showing approved boundary lire mr).lii,icatic)a and
submit to Department of Nblic Works for checking, i1pprovai and
recording.
5, After recor::ation of deeds, contact the Assessor'; Office and
request that the necessary parcels be combined co that no new
parcels bre created.
6. Show all easements of rec,-ird on the final map or plat.
7. Show all areas subjet to inundation on the plat of survey:
