T-ha attached initial study was prepared for the Use Permit to
allow the segregation of the homesite in an agricultural zone and

Supervisors on February 28, 1989, with several conditions. The
ifiegative Declaration was certified at that time. Conditions of
approval required that an archaeological survey be submitted with
j;a subsequent Tentative Parcel Map. To date, the archaeological
s,trvey has not been. received. 'Because of this,, a Final
environmental determination on the -Parcel Map cannot tae made.
the archaeological survey is necessary to determine if
significant archaeological sites occur on the property and if so
will develop appropriate mitigation measures. it should be noted
that as of this date, 'she applicant has; not signed and returned
