This is a proposal to divide 237 am res to create two parcel's, oh(4
at 80 acres and one at 157 acres. "rhe present zoning is A-40
(Agricultural, 40 acrus)'. Tho Land Use plan Map of the Dutto
County General Plan designates this area as Grazing and open
Land. There are no specific or community plans Fdr the area,.
The proposal does not conflict with County Toning nor any adopted
or proposed element of the Butte 'County General Plan nor any
County, specific or community plan.
