.At.the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on May 6, -1992,. -_the committee granted. a
Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. There
are no conditions.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
There will be a note placed on the Certificate of Compliance that the
parcel has not been verified to contain a suitable site for the
installation and replacement of a septic system.
