This is a proposal dividing 115 acres to create four parcels, two at ib
acres, one at 40 acres, AvAid one at 55 acres. The present zoning is A-40
(Agricultural, 40 acrearcels>.
p The Land Use Plan Mal* of the Butte
County General flan designates this area as Grating and Cpgh Land.
There are no specific or community Plans for the area.
Parcel a and Parcel 4 are pre --existing, legally created, separate
parcels. Enlarging these parcels can be found in cumpliance with the
K General Plan only if it is required to make them buil.dablp Health

Subdivision Ordinance requirements for sewage disposal area past the
Swale. Therefore, the projectcomplieswith the General plan.
Clearance has been received from the Chico Unified School District,
