of which this current project Is a re -division of Lot 4A QrIgIllally, an
Impact Report was required for that project, but a
subseqwr-nt agreement with the Chico Unified School District and the
applicant resulted in 0 mitigated Negative Declaration being
recoMmt-tided; Three mitigation measures were attached to the approval of
the original, subdivision map), and those w'I'll be married forward where

Due to the smaller parcels being created and the more specifl,c site
locations of building sites, the height limits aPPrOPrIato for the
project due to the proximity of the Chico Airport can be modIrled as
