south on Garner to its intersection. with Highway 99 and Lhon on to
their ultimate destination. The intersection of Garner; Mid 99 has

adequate to handle any additional traffic, Garner Lane In
approximately 16 feet of pavement and looks to have been recently
resurfaced. Garner is outside of the urban area and doe; not have
curb, gutter and sidewalk. Development in this area is not subject to
traffic impact fees. Any improvement to Garner deemed necessary by tile
Department of Public Works shall be funded on a pro rata basis by thO
developers of maps. it is unknown e this time whether public Works
