Dear Mr. Viera:
I am currently trying to refinance my mortgage loan through First Interstate
Bank in Chico. They are requesting information from you that the existing
home and bunk house (guest house) were built more than 20 years ago. I do
know that the main house was built in 1928. This verification is to show that
no building permits; were needed when these two structures were built.
I'm not sure if this is the AP #, but it is the number I put on my checks when
paying the property taxes; 047-250-042-000.
I am requesting the following:
1. Verification of these two buildings were constricted more than
20 years ago.
2. Please indicate so on your letterhead.
3. Address the letter to
